Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defence / Defense, speaking in 1976 about the Soviet threat.  As with Iraq nearly 30 years later, it all turned out to be lies.  Check out the stunning similarities.  Will we ever learn?  Can so many people be fooled more than once?
